Wrong Food/Order

If the food you receive is different from the order on the receipt please inform the driver immediately or call the location you ordered from with 10 minutes of receiving your order. We will prepare the correct food and it will be available for pickup or delivery. You may be required to pay the difference if the correct order is of higher value than what you have paid for. Alternatively, if the correct order is of lower value than what you have paid you may receive the difference back in the original form of payment or cash as determined solely by the restaurant location.

Missing Food

Please inform the driver immediately or call us within 10 minutes of recognizing that an item you paid for is missing from your order. We will prepare the correct food as shown on your receipt and it will be available for pickup or delivery.

Spoiled Food

We use the freshest ingredients when preparing your food. In the rare case that food has been spoiled, please inform the driver immediately or call us within 10 minutes of delivery informing us your food is spoiled. You may be able to exchange your food for a freshly made one that meets the high standards that Sushi Galore is known for.

Don't Like The Food

In some cases you may be able to exchange your food for another item, this is made at the sole discretion of the location. While we encourage everyone to explore our menu to find their new favorite item, if you purchase an item that is not to your tastes we unfortunately do not offer any refunds.

Return / Cancel

You may be able to cancel your order for a refund in the original form of payment if the location has not yet begun preparation of your order. Please call the order location immediately to request a cancellation.

 

*Applicable returns and/or exchanges will be made through the original form of payment within the same day of purchase provided the customer has contacted the location within the specified time as described above.
